William Fredrick Miller, born in 1850 in Kansas City on the Missouri side to a Welsh mother and an Irish father. At the young age of 10 his father decided he should know how to ride a horse and shoot a gun. Occupations: Federal Marshal, Assistant Marshal, Brothel Inspector. Mr. Miller is a unique combination of a kind heart and bad temper. He once bull whipped a man for insulting a woman and scalped another man for “voting the wrong way”. WILD Bill Miller is known as an avid reader, relentless drinker and a fine hand with a Colt revolver.
