Dandy Rand is the proprietor of the Lucky Star Saloon in the mining camp of Golden Gulch. Known to be of a sartorial bent, some might say even foppish, hence the moniker "Dandy", he is nevertheless a shootist with a lightning draw and is nasty cuss when you make him sore. Twelve men have stirred his ire, and met their end, from the deadly fire from the shooter he wears. Each unlucky soul who fell is represented by a silver bell, jingling merrily from his watch chain for Dandy's luck, which he wears as suits his fancy or such.
